Yep never remember Hy guard or low viscosity Hy guard being reddish in color for as long as I can remember. Not sure about the earlier 303 type hydraulic oil but that would have been in steel buckets I imagine. Definitely think it could by ATF or some other low vis hydrostatic fluid.
